Jason Watts, my fiancé, has a sentencing hearing tomorrow in Joplin MO. Jason had been suffering from past hurts & turned to drugs and alcohol. He was beyond intoxicated with no memory of the events that occurred for which he is being charged. While this does not excuse what happened, Jason is now a new creation in Christ & has completely changed his life. He is not “that man” & is terribly disturbed that he may have done such things. I pray for guidance for me as a wife and mother! I'm lost and feel very alone...and confused.
My husband is having a difficult time showing patience and grace with our young child. He is easily frustrated when he does something a normal toddler does. I have tried to remain patient with my husband and help teach him how to work through this time, but he is relatively unresponsive and quickly looses his cool. I know these days will pass, but it breaks my heart for our young child and I don't want this to impact his self confidence or love for his Father. It is difficult on our marriage as well because it does upset me when he is so easily frustrated! I am seeking outside prayer that his heart is filled with patience and grace and that I also can show him patience and forgiveness when he struggles.

Had an emotional affair 3 years ago but is still in contact although i am satisfied it is now platonic. She is resentful, says she wants a divorce, and nothing i do is right. I am blamed for everything that has gone wrong in her life. As you wrote, God can give us the grace we need to be happy and forgive. Please pray that she will be healed from the hurt.
